Bearing Corporation was established in 1997, with its first premises located in Doornfontein, Johannesburg, South Africa.

The founding member of Bearing Corporation was first introduced to the bearing industry at the young age of 16, when he began working for FAG Kugellager Group. During his time there, he gained extensive knowledge and developed valuable skills within the bearing industry.

Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of the market, as well as the needs and expectations of customers. He identified a clear gap — customers wanted access to a wide variety of high-quality bearings that were readily available and competitively priced.

This insight led to the creation of Bearing Corporation, built on the principle of stocking a broad range of premium, authentic bearing brands, available at all times and at competitive prices. This approach ensures reduced waiting periods, improved convenience, and faster turnaround times for customers.

Today, Bearing Corporation has established itself as a leading stockist of bearings in South Africa. Our extensive product range, availability of multiple trusted brands, exceptional service levels, and competitive pricing all contribute to our strong reputation in the industry.

From the beginning, the vision was to grow the company to extraordinary levels — expanding both in size and in stock holding. Through dedication, hard work, and the unwavering commitment of both leadership and staff, this vision has become a reality.

As the company experienced rapid growth over the years, it relocated to a larger warehouse and expanded premises in Edenvale, Johannesburg. This marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter, with continued growth and innovation on the horizon.
